A private sector training company with turnover of five million pounds, this year has been re-engineering its processes to improve its efficiency and operational performance. The magnitude of this transformation created and uncertainty over what full time resource might be required generated an immediate need for a full time Interim Financial Controller to help manage its finance function

IMTB received a brief from the client with precise requirements, after which it assessed its talent bank and within 24 hours, submitted a short list of high quality candidates with relevant skills and experience. Within 4 working days, a highly competent candidate, with a verifiable track record of success in his field was appointed for the role of Interim Financial Controller. The client commented that due to the high calibre of candidates shortlisted, it was difficult to make a final choice and was impressed with speed of the entire recruitment process, which took less than a week to conclude.  Leading The Business Forward With A High Calibre MD  -   
An engineering company with turnover in excess of ten million pounds had grown significantly over the years and the owner managers recognised that their business needed to significantly change direction to cope in an increasingly tough market.

With e-FM contracted to manage the finance function of the company, the assigned FD recognised that a different skill set was needed to lead the business forward, and recommended that the owners hire a dedicated and industry specialist Managing Director.

Once this proposition was approved, e-FM developed a detailed specification of the clients’ requirements and matched this to a long list of potential candidates, supplied by partner company Mature Accountants.

After individually screening the candidates, and proactively managing series of interviews, a high calibre MD was unanimously selected. This successful candidate was fully referenced, had strong personal characteristics and experience, and was appointed as the new Interim Managing Director for an initial period of 12 months.
